Garbage and Refuse Storage Restrictions

It has come to the Board of Director’s (BOD) attention that several properties within Trailside Woods HOA (TSW HOA) are in violation of the TSW HOA Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions concerning trash, garbage or other rubbish storage.

Per the TSW HOA Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, Section 6.2 (F):

“All trash, garbage or other rubbish shall be kept at all times in each Owner’s garage or trash enclosure approved by the BOD that completely screens such items from outside the lot, except on the days which the trash, garbage or other rubbish is collected by the waste removal authorities or as otherwise directed and instructed by the Association.”

For clarification:

1. Recycling containers are subject to this same requirement.
2. "...completely screens such items from outside the lot” includes not only from the street view but also from the view of neighboring lots (front, side, and backyards).
3. All trash enclosures are to be approved by the ARC/BOD per the TSW Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions.
