Thank you to everyone who attended our July 4th neighborhood party and helped make it such a fun and memorable event. It was great to see so many neighbors come together to celebrate, connect, and enjoy the holiday.
Also, as a friendly reminder, if you are planning any exterior home or property improvements, please be sure to submit an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) approval form well in advance of starting your project. To allow sufficient time for review and approval, we strongly recommend submitting your application at least 30 days before the planned start date.
Obtaining approval before work begins helps ensure compliance with our community guidelines and avoids potential delays or issues once a project is underway.
