Garbage Pickup/Spring Cleanup/Notes from HOA Board Meeting

Hello Everyone!

Below are a few things we wanted to make sure we get communicated/clarified.

• Garbage Pickup - Several homeowners reached out to Republic directly and learned that both regular trash and recycling will be picked up on Fridays. Recycling will continue to be every other week starting on Friday, March 28th.
• Spring Cleanup - We are looking to get a headcount as well as finalize a date for the Spring Cleanup. If you would like to help out, please answer the two questions in this survey link.
• Notes from Board meeting - As always, the "Punch list" is available on our website within the "Documents" dropdown then "Meeting Minutes" section. A couple of things we wanted to highlight...
  • If you haven't already done so, please pay your HOA dues by March 31st.
  • One of the survey responses for the annual meeting noted that unleashed dogs within our neighborhood created a safety concern. As a reminder, anytime you feel unsafe around a stray animal, please contact the local authorities (either police or animal control) for assistance. Also, we recommend that any homeowners using an invisible fence for their pets to post signage that alerts people of that fence.
