Notice/Forms for H.O.A. meeting next week

Hi Everyone!
By now you all have hopefully received a letter in the mail that included:
- Notice of our annual H.O.A. meeting next week (Thursday, January 22nd) at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the cafeteria at Hazel Dell Elementary (same as last year).
- Annual H.O.A. meeting proxy form. Please complete this form and return to me if you cannot attend the annual meeting next week and would like for another resident to attend on your behalf.
- Board of Directors (BOD) candidate information form. Please complete this form and return to either myself or Tony Miller if you are interested in serving on our H.O.A. board of directors for the next term cycle (January 2026 through December 2027). Quick point of clarification...at the annual meeting, we will just be voting on individuals to serve on the H.O.A. board. The assignment of board positions (i.e. President, Treasurer, ect.) will be made at our first H.O.A. BOD meeting of 2026.
Please let me know if you did not receive any of these notices/forms and I will make sure to put a hardcopy into your mailbox.
