Notes from 5/1/25 Board Meeting

Hello Everyone!

As always, the "Punch list" is available on our website within the "Documents" dropdown then "Meeting Minutes" section. A couple of things we wanted to highlight from the HOA meeting held on 5/1/25 are below...

  • Dead Trees
    • North Berm – Jon and Austin to take down 6 trees. Board will go over to look at replanting trees when they are done.
    • Tree by footbridge between Tony and Mike – Tony reached out to four tree removal companies and two have been out to assess and offer a quote. One was for $2,650 and the other $2,500. Neither quote will include stump removal which we will most likely not be doing anyway. Both are available to come out by early summer. Tony and board discussed both and we approved the company who quoted $2,650 (Holmes Lawn and Landscape). The expense will be funded using neighborhood reserve funds.

  • Spring Cleanup - We will not be doing a spring cleanup this year. Instead, we are looking to just get a few volunteers to help with the following:
    • Replacing the railings on the footbridge.
    • Power washing the Gazebo
If we do not have any luck with getting volunteers, we will most likely look to get a few quotes for the work. Also, Tony has not heard back from our pond contractor (Aqua Terra) this year so we are looking at using a free service offered by Hamilton County (THANK YOU MEGAN STANAGE!)

  • Board is also looking at options for additional furniture for the firepit and Gazebo.
Thanks!

Mike
