Notes from 11/13/24 Board Meeting

Just a few notes from our HOA meeting the other day...

  1. I will be scheduling our annual neighborhood meeting for sometime in January. Be on the lookout for a survey to find out the best possible date as well as anything we should discuss about adding to our budget (i.e. tree trimming) for next year that we normally do not include in our dues calculation.
  2. Two H.O.A. board positions are up for election. They are H.O.A. board president and secretary. H.O.A. board positions are a two-year term. Reach out to Tony if you are interested in running for either of these positions.
  3. The board would like to know if anyone has any ideas for a get together or some type of neighborhood activity for around Christmas time.
