Hey Everyone!
Hopefully by now you all have received our annual H.O.A. dues invoice. Dues are to be paid in full by 3/31/2026. Checks can be made payable to "Trailside Woods HOA" and can be mailed to Julie Miller (17470 Natchez Ct.) or reach out to [email protected] if you would like to pay electronically. Please note that a fee of $7.60 will be added on if you decide to pay electronically.
Also, the board would like to thank everyone who pitched in a few weeks back to clear snow from sidewalks and driveways around the neighborhood! Special shout out to Matt Southard, TJ Dwyer, Tedd Payne, and Sean Qualters (let me know if I missed anyone)!
